This website does not collect personal data through forms, newsletters, accounts, or payment fields.
If you use the B2B or contact email link, your email application sends a message to Ulterior. We then process the address you send from, the subject, the content of your message, and any details you include, in order to reply.
Purpose and basis
Why we use that information.
Email enquiries are used to answer product, B2B, or support questions. The legal bases are the steps needed before a possible contract, where the message concerns a professional or purchase enquiry, and Ulterior’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it.
We do not use this information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Audience measurement
Vercel Web Analytics.
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-oriented audience measurement service provided by Vercel, which also hosts the site. It records aggregated page views so we can see which pages are visited, referrers, and coarse information such as country, device type, operating system, and browser.
According to Vercel’s current Web Analytics privacy documentation, it does not use cookies. Visitors are identified by a hash created from the incoming request. That hash lasts 24 hours and cannot be used to follow someone across different days or websites. The recording is anonymous and is used for aggregated statistics only.
We do not send email addresses, URL query contents, or other user-provided values to analytics. We do not send custom analytics events. We do not use this measurement for automated decision-making or to profile individuals.
